- In these terms “we” or “us” mean Joli originals, “you” or “your” the customer and “our website” www.jolioriginals.com and “day” or “days” mean working day or working days.
- Joli originals is a part of Joli, registrated at the chamber of commerce in Amsterdam (61768731), the Netherlands.
• These terms and conditions apply to all items sold on our website.
- If you buy an item at our website, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
- We reserve the right to modify or delete the these terms and conditions without notice to the consumer. The terms and conditions of time of purchase are for that purchase applicable.
- These terms are governed by Dutch law.
- If there is anything about these terms and conditions that you don’t agree to, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Payment / Prices
- We only accept Paypal, Credit Card, Bitcoin or iDeal payments.
- Prices are retail prices in Euro.
- The tax and shipping costs will be calculated based on your address during checkout.
- Prices at the time of your purchase apply to your order.
- The prices do not include import fees, customs fees, taxes and other duties that are charged by your local government.
- We will never share your information with other companies than the shipping company.
- We will never sell your information to any 3rd party.
- We will never contact you with news or other non-order related messages unless you opt in to let us keep you up to date.
Shipping / Delivery
- All orders will be shipped within a week after the payment is received, unless stated otherwise on the shipping page. Sometimes it's so busy that we're not able to get your sleeve out in one week, but if that happens there will always be a notice on the shipping page.
- When paying with Paypal your order will be shipped to your Paypal address, if you want your order to be send to another address, please enter an extra address in Paypal. If you order with credit card you can add a different shipping address.
- We ship all orders outside the EU with UPS express saver or with Fedex Express or regular mail (PostNL). For orders shipped to the EU we also have a cheaper 1-3 day UPS standard option and to some countries we have a PostNL [registered] option.
- All orders shipped with UPS or Fedex usually arrive within 2 days to the USA and Europe, to the rest of the world it takes about 5 days. These delivery times can be changed because of events beyond our control (ashclouds and other stuff like that).
- We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or misplaced orders.
- We don’t write “gift” on your package and we are not responsible for import fees, customs fees, taxes and other duties that are charged by your local government, they are your own risk and expense.
- Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address can not be changed, if you let FedEx deliver to another address extra cost will be charged to you.
- If a package can not be delivered by UPS or Fedex for any reason or if you refuse the package you will be charged for all shipping costs.
- Items shipped with PostNL are shipped with local post and can take a couple of weeks to arrive.
Shipping / Delivery during the Holiday season
- During the holiday season (starting from the end of November and ends in the beginning of January) shipping with PostNL is not adviced if you want to receive your package before christmas.
- Shipping with the PostNL during the Holiday season can take from several weeks to several months.
- If you want your package to be in time, please make sure to choose the UPS or Fedex shipping option.
- If your package has any damages on delivery please make pictures of the packaging and let us know right away. If the package is delivered with UPS or FedEx also let them know as soon as possible.
Refunds / Exchanges
- We make and ship our items with care. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us by sending an email within 5 days after you received your item.
- You can send your order back at your own expense after you contacted us. Once we received the item in original new undamaged condition with original packaging we’ll give you a refund or exchange. If the item is not in original new undamaged condition we have the right to refund you partially or not refund you at all.
- If you want to exchange or return your item, you are responsible for all additional shipping cost and the new item will be shipped after the returned item is received in original new condition.
- If you send your item back to us, don’t forget to write in the shipping documents that it is a return shipment otherwise the customs that we have to pay are at your expense.
- Custom orders are an exception in the “refund / exchanges” part of these terms and conditions. Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged since they are specially produced for you.
- We won't refund shipping cost for returned orders.
- We have the right to cancel your purchase and refund your money at any time.
Color / Photo’s
- All photo's on our website are made with the best care, but it can happen the color on the photo is slightly different from the real item. The color you see depends on the monitor you view our website/photo’s on.
- We usually use one and the same sleeve in the pictures for each color combination on our website. It can happen that you won’t receive the exact sleeve as photographed at our website. We try to make every sleeve exactly the same but it is still made by hand and are made of beautiful natural materials so they are all unique pieces with their own look.
- We care for our products and make sure they are in the highest quality as possible. We check them several times so you can enjoy them a long time. We give a six months warranty on materials by normal use. (see part on website how to use and clean your sleeve) http://jolioriginals.com/pages/faq . All additional shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will not share or sell your information with others we only use it for getting your order at your address.
- We won’t contact you with news, offers or other communication unless you give us permission to keep you up to date.
- We are not responsible for liable damage to personal property or persons during the use of our sleeves.

- You are not allowed to copy, change or transform our products.
- You are not allowed to use anything of this website for commercial intentions without our explicit permission.
- You can use our photo’s for personal use but always refer us.
